How to download TikTok videos on Android
Use these steps for public videos you own or have permission to save. The exact download prompt can vary by Android version and browser.
1. Copy the video link
Open the video in TikTok, tap Share, and choose Copy link. Use a public post that you are allowed to save. Private, removed, age-restricted, or region-restricted posts may not be available to third-party services.
2. Open Vepu.app in your browser
Open Vepu.app in Chrome or another up-to-date Android browser. Paste the copied post link into the downloader field and choose Get download links. Vepu.app sends a supported post URL to its configured media provider to ask which file options are available.
3. Choose an available file
Review the returned options and select the format you need. A watermark-free or high-definition option appears only if the provider actually returns one. Do not assume every video has every format.
4. Find the saved video
Depending on your browser, the file may appear in the Downloads notification, the browser downloads list, or your device's Downloads folder. If the browser opens the file instead of saving it, use the browser's download or share controls.
If the download does not work
Copy a fresh TikTok link and try again. Signed CDN links can expire, and the third-party provider may rate-limit requests or change its service. Keep the original URL private if it contains temporary access parameters, and never enter your TikTok password into a downloader.
Respect copyright and privacy
Only download videos you created or have permission to save. Do not use a saved copy to impersonate a creator, redistribute private material, or remove attribution where you do not have the rights to do so.
