How to plan a week of TikTok content
A useful content plan turns a broad goal into small tasks you can finish. Vepu.app Content Planner stores entries in the current browser and can export them to CSV; it does not publish videos or sync your plan to an online account.
1. Set one goal for the week
Choose a manageable outcome, such as answering common customer questions, documenting a cooking series, showcasing a product honestly, or teaching one skill. A single weekly focus makes it easier to decide which ideas belong in the plan and which can wait. Avoid setting a goal that depends entirely on a viral result you cannot control.
2. Create a mix of content angles
Plan several different approaches instead of making every post the same. A balanced week might include a short tutorial, a common mistake, a behind-the-scenes clip, a response to a real question, a product demonstration, and a summary. Adjust this mix to your audience and available production time rather than forcing a post every day.
3. Add ideas and dates to Vepu.app
Open Content Planner, enter a concise working title, choose a publishing date and content type, and add notes such as the hook, required footage, props, or call to action. Use a title that makes the deliverable clear—for example, “Film three tips for storing herbs”—rather than a vague note like “food video.”
4. Use the seven-day starter plan as a draft
The seven-day option creates a starting list of ideas around a topic; it is not a promise that each idea suits your account or is ready to publish. Review the schedule, replace generic angles with your expertise, check any factual claims, and move dates to fit your actual filming and editing time.
5. Track progress and export the calendar
Mark a planned item as done when the task is finished. Export the plan to CSV when you want to review it in a spreadsheet or keep a backup. The current planner uses this browser's local storage. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using another browser can make the saved plan unavailable, so export important work periodically.
6. Review the week and improve the next one
At the end of the week, note which topics prompted relevant comments, saves, clicks, or useful questions using analytics available to you. Look for lessons in the content itself, not only in view counts. Carry forward successful formats, rewrite weak hooks, and reserve time for answering genuine audience questions.
A practical seven-day outline
One possible draft is: Day 1, explain a basic concept; Day 2, demonstrate a process; Day 3, address a common mistake; Day 4, answer a viewer question; Day 5, show a before-and-after or product use; Day 6, share a personal workflow or behind-the-scenes view; Day 7, summarize the week's lesson. Change the days or skip a post if quality would suffer.
